How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I partner with people to clear the path ahead by letting the person come up with the game plan; I provide support and encouragement to empower them. If they need further resources or information, I will put the ball in their court but ultimately it is up to them to make the final decisions.

What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is empowering people to live their life the way they want to. I enjoy helping people reach their goals and seeing them succeed in all areas of their life.

What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
The past experience that prepared me to become a TMG IRIS Consultant would be working with people with disabilities in a variety of settings from institutional to employment settings. I learned that people can do anything they put their mind to and I want to be able to help in the long-term.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and children, reading, exercising, and learning new things.
