Prior to coming to TMG, I have worked more than 11 years in the social services field, specifically in the community and medical setting. I have worked with various diverse populations with different social economic backgrounds. This has given me the extensive knowledge with working with people who are addressing barriers such as alcohol and other drug abuse, mental health issues, and physical limitations or restrictions. I have also worked with people who are experiencing homelessness or coming out of incarceration, and have experience with eligibility processing, advocating for adults/adolescents/young children, and providing educational support and community resources.

How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
To me, partnering means learning about you and getting to know what your needs and goals are so that I can assist you with creating a plan that is unique to you. My goal is to build a working relationship with you so that you feel comfortable in planning out your goals, and I would assist you with identifying the supports and services available in the community. After learning your needs, we will create a plan that best utilize your IRIS benefits to help you reach your goals.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is building relationships with the people. I like seeing people achieve their goals and reach other milestones in their life.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
My past experience in the social services field has prepared me to become a knowledgeable TMG IRIS Consultant. I am able to support clients through a multicultural inclusive lens while being resourceful. I am truly looking forward to getting to know the many different people and helping them achieve their goals.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time, I love spending time with my family, cooking, and watching sports.
