Prior to working with TMG, I have over ten years of experience working in the long-term care field. During my experience working in a long-term care facility and with a managed care organization, I have become very knowledgeable of Medicaid and Medicare. What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is assisting you in achieving your goals to live an self-determined and meaningful life.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
My past jobs have provided me with a wealth of knowledge for knowing how to navigate the Medicare, Medicaid and the family programs, as well as knowing the different living facilities available in the community. However, my personal experiences helping residents and being the primary advocate for my parents when they needed care has taught me to be patient and to listen and guide people to make the best-informed decision for themselves.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I enjoy helping others, gardening, sewing, baking and spending time with my family.
