What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
I truly love working with people and seeing them achieve success in their lives. There is no better feeling than seeing someone achieve the goals he or she has set for themselves and lead the life he or she wants.

What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
My previous experience as a Wisconsin Works case manager has prepared me for my role as an IRIS consultant. This employment taught me to be an active listener and partner in allowing participants to live the lives they want. I learned to prepare plans that were used to reach these goals.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and 5-year-old twins. We enjoy being in the outdoors, playing board games, and doing art and craft projects. When I am not spending time with family and friends, I enjoy watching scary movies, reading a good thriller, and cooking and baking.
