My past experience includes job coaching for Elmbrook schools, where I took students in the individualized education program (IEP) to various job sites in the community so that they could learn valuable vocational skills to add to their resumes. Before I was a job coach, I worked in both classrooms and in a transition program, supporting students and helping them develop life skills such as shopping, cooking, cleaning and (most important) having fun in the community. I also supported five differently-abled young adults as they transitioned to independent living in their own apartments. I have worked with a variety of adults with different abilities to help them learn skills and live their best life.

What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
My past experience adapting resources as a classroom and transition program assistant, as well as my experience being a job coach, has given me a unique perspective on what's possible. I’m excited to get to know you and help you work towards your goals.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time, I hike local and state parks, and look for fun new experiences in the community. I love to spend time with my daughters.
