Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for eight years with adults with developmental disabilities. I then worked with adults with mental health diagnosis and people with drug or alcohol addictions at the Human Development Center for the past six years. I have helped people utilize and connect with community resources to ensure their independence and wellbeing.

How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
Partnering to me means working together. I will support you in identifying your goals and creating an action plan to achieve your goals. I will identify and connect you with resources that are available to you to ensure your IRIS budget is used to its fullest. We will work together to make sure your plan is for the present and future you envision.

What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is being able to help others with their independence. I find being an IRIS Consultant is very fulfilling because I get to meet people where they're at and connect them to resources and services that can help them live the life they want to live.

What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
I have previous experience supporting individuals in their own homes as a direct support staff, Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS worker), Targeted Case Manager, Care Coordinator and as a drug and alcohol counselor.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time during the warmer months I like to be outdoors camping, hiking, kayaking, being around a camp fire and doing anything I can with my two fur babies (dogs) anywhere and everywhere I can. I also love doing all kinds of crafting, I finding craft shows around town, and crocheting throughout the year.
