How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I want to help individuals figure out what it is that they need in life and what goals they would like to achieve. I am there to be a support person who they can trust and brainstorm with. Once the goals are identified, I will work with them to find the resources they need to be able to reach those goals.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
I have just started my journey as a TMG IRIS Consultant and am very excited. I have a passion to work alongside individuals, helping guide them in any way to reach their goals in life. I look forward to watching individuals believe in themselves and reach their goals.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
I have always had a passion to help people in any way that I can. As a young child, I volunteered at my school and in nursing homes. As an adult, I joined Americorps and volunteered for any opportunity that I could. I have been practicing social work for the past 5 years. I have been individuals’ biggest fan when it comes to helping them reaching their goals, while working with them to find the resources and support to reach them.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time I enjoy spending it with my two sons and my friends. I enjoy going to the beach, bonfires, board games, card games, four-wheeling, and much more. I am family oriented and love when I get to share new experiences with my children.
