More about me
How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I believe good communication is the key to clearing the path ahead, and I’m excited to partner with you and create a positive and supportive relationship. The ability to create relationships with clients is an amazing aspect of being a TMG IRIS Consultant.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is working directly with the individuals in IRIS. I enjoy getting to know people and their families. It's a pleasure to be a part of the self-direction process and to help individuals obtain and maintain their independence.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
My previous work experience includes helping people create goals and treatment plans that facilitate living as independently as possible. While this taught me numerous skills, the most valuable things I learned were the ability to think outside of the box to achieve goals; the importance of patience and understanding when providing services; and the amazing things that can be accomplished when a relationship is built on collaboration.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and shopping.
