More about me

How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I partner with people to clear the path ahead by spending one-on-one time learning about them and the goals they have for their life. We continue to work together creating a plan to achieve those goals with community resources, services, and any other supports that may be available.

What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
I really enjoy helping connect people with the supports, services, and community resources that can help them achieve their goals and live the most fulfilling life possible.

What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
My experience as an In-Home therapist, Advocacy Specialist, and Case Manager have helped prepare me for my position as an IRIS Consultant by showing me the importance of good, honest communication. Without honest and thorough communication, it can be difficult to create an action plan that addresses the true needs and wants of the individuals involved.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
When I am not at work, I am usually doing something outdoors like fishing, hiking, or taking my puppy to local dog parks. When it's too cold to be outside, I enjoy playing video games and cooking spicy food.
