How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I partner with people by listening to their stories to understand where they have been and where they want to go. I help people find the resources they need to live independently in their communities to reach their life goals. I support people in developing their life plans based on what is important to them.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is having the opportunity to listen to people's stories and providing support to achieve their goals.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
My experience working with families, individuals, schools, and community resources has prepared me for my role as a TMG IRIS Consultant. I am an advocate for self-determination and look forward to working with you.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, the outdoors, and of course, cheering on the Badgers!
