Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for the Department of Children and Families and a large health insurance company in the Milwaukee area. My work as a social worker in the community where I am from gives me a unique perspective and knowledge of various community resources. My experience has allowed me to work with at-risk individuals and families, linking them to resources that can aide in making their everyday lives more manageable.

How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I believe that everyone has a desire to lead a fulfilled and independent life. By simply listening to participants about what their goals are and the life they envision for themselves, we can partner together to identify what tools and/or resources could assist them in leading the lives they desire, independently.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite things about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is putting a participant in the driver's seat of their lives so that they can choose what best fits them as an individual.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
While working with the Department of Children and Families, I had the opportunity to work with diverse populations with various needs. This has prepared me to be a knowledgeable and compassionate TMG IRIS Consultant.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time, I enjoy meditation, aromatherapy, reading and writing. I also enjoy spending time with family and friends.
