Fifteen counties and two tribes in Wisconsin offer the original waiver programs, which help people stay in their homes by providing cares in the places they live. Adults with physical disabilities and older adults can receive help from a program that has two names: Community Options Program-Waiver (COP-W) and Community Integration Program-II
(CIP-II)
.

TMG has a contract with the Department of Health Services (DHS) to provide quality assurance and improvement (QA/QI) services to these waiver programs. We approve new applications, annual renewals, and provide program assistance to local waiver agencies. We conduct on-site reviews to make sure the program is working as it should. We attend home visits to learn if people have health, safety, or other concerns.
