Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for several years as an interpreter for people who speak Burmese. This has given me extensive experience helping people who have different backgrounds and ethnicities, as well as helping those who speak different languages and those who have different needs.

How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I am passionate about helping other people work towards their goals and choose to live the life that they want. I like to put myself in a person's shoes by trying to see their perspective and empathize with their views so that I can help fulfil their needs.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite thing about my job is that I get to meet different people and work with them closely. I also like that IRIS is a self-directed long-term care program, which means the person chooses their services and the staff that support them. I like being a TMG IRIS Consultant because I’m able to help people live their best life.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
My past experiences of working with diverse communities has helped me to understand that everyone has different needs and goals. I am here to work closely with you so that you can have you needs fulfilled and achieve your unique goals.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
When the weather is nice, I like to go to the park and play volleyball.
