How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I help people to determine what their goals are and then together we explore ways to achieve those goals both with IRIS services and resources in the community.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
I really enjoy getting to know the people who I am partnering with and helping them find the services and resources that they need to be or to remain independent.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
I have worked with Long-Term Care programs in Indiana and later worked in Family Care in Milwaukee. I also helped to care for my parents as they aged.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I enjoy hiking, reading, gardening, and spending time with my family and our two dogs. I also enjoy going to Brewer’s games and watching Packer’s games.
