On a daily basis for 5 years, I have combined knowledge of human behavior, attitudes and motivation with solid understanding of methods of social casework. How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I partner with people in IRIS by first letting them know that I am here to assist them. I let my them know that they will have support always as we begin this process together. I let my them know that they have the right to create their plan that will benefit their life.

What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite thing about being an IRIS Consultant is meeting so many new people, I love helping people live the best life that they can live on their own terms.

What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
Prior to working for TMG, I worked for the Department of Human Services in the Division of Children and Family Services as a Family Service Worker/Case Manager/ Investigator for four years. Working in the various positions as a Family Service Worker has prepared me to become an IRIS Consultant. I am a multifaceted professional well-versed in analyzing situations, assessing risks, researching issues, and interpreting and applying a myriad of regulations, standards, and best practices.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I love to spend time with my family and friends, I love to swim, read books and watch a great movie. I love to work out. I have a 6 year dog that I love to take walking.
