Your TMG IRIS consultant can connect you to resources in your area, and will be a great source of information for any questions you have about the IRIS program. In a self-directed program like IRIS, you decide who provides your support and services and when they happen. You may have natural support from people in your life, or you may choose to purchase the support you need from an agency or someone that you hire directly. Your TMG IRIS consultant will be there to talk through these decisions with you, and will help you put a plan in place that reflects your choices.

How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
Freedom of choice is one of the most important aspects of our lives. When partnering with someone, I strive to encourage independence, as well as acknowledge strengths and challenges, and assist them with finding resources to help met their needs and reach their goals.

What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite thing about being an IRIS Consultant is having the privilege to partner with others and assisting them to find the resources and supports needed to live a meaningful and self-determined life.

What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
I have spent over twenty years working with individuals and families, most recently assisting them with long-term care and reaching their goals. l use this experience and my knowledge of available resources and services to be a well-informed and compassionate TMG IRIS Consultant for you.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time, I enjoy reading, cooking, being outside in the sunshine, spending time with family, friends and my chocolate lab, Dain.
