How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
When partnering with people to clear the path ahead I like to look at a person's qualities and traits that are working for them, and make them who they are, in order to expand on these for their success. It is also important to look at struggles that stand in the way of them moving ahead and brainstorming ideas on how to overcome them.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
I enjoy being an IRIS Consultant because it is my life's passion to work with others and help them to achieve things they did not think possible. I like to assist others in helping themselves be successful and make their own path in life.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
I have past experiences in counseling and working with families and individuals in their homes, in a facility, and the community. I understand the challenges that life can pose to people at different times and have worked with others to find community and family resources to help overcome those challenges.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and dog. I also like the outdoors and the many activities that there are to do in the Wisconsin seasons.
