More about me
How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I partner with people to clear the path ahead by listening to what their goals are and why they want to achieve those goals. I believe that people have a lot of ideas and goals that they want to accomplish, but feel as though they can't or they may not have the support system that they need.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is being able to see the progression of goals. I like to see people happy and doing things for themselves that will help them in the long run.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
The past experience that prepared me to become a TMG IRIS Consultant is the previous job that I had working for the State of Wisconsin. While working for the state I was trained on helping people achieve goals but there was no set follow-up to make sure that they were making progress with their goals. A lot of people would not come back to the program or feel as though the program was not helping them. I wanted to become a TMG IRIS Consultant to be able to measure the goals and see the progression.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time I like to volunteer at an agency that I have worked with in the past, called Pathfinders. I also enjoy spending time with family and going shopping.
