More about me
How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
Clearing the path ahead....wow - that means so many different things to all of those whom I partner with! Realizing that everyone has their own ideas of what is right for their life - is the goal that I help them to talk about and to realize - in whatever shape or form that can be. I like to be cheerful, thoughtful, and most of all conscientious about the work that I do with any of the individuals I partner with in the IRIS Program, and with those three things in mind - it helps me to focus on doing my very best to open up that path and keep the path from getting too cluttered!
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
Meeting people without a doubt! If that is meeting with them for the first time or seeing them on a regular basis - I always look forward to visiting the individuals I partner with in the IRIS Program, and to see what has changed or if something new needs to be done to keep them moving forward. I also know that I truly care about people.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
As mentioned before - the Home Health Experience was an excellent stepping-stone leading into working for TMG as an IRIS Consultant. Also serving as a Township Clerk for many years, gave me the ability to manage paperwork effectively - this also provided me with the opportunity to work out of home and learn to manage my time wisely.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I help my husband with our farm bookwork (we live on a Century farm - 500 head of cattle) and I read, sew, go camping, and I love to go to retreats of any kind! I love my yard, garden, house decorating, music, going for walks, and taking care of my family. Making time for these things is important to me- it gives me a good balance in my life along with working for TMG.
