More about me

How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
Being a partner means working together to achieve goals. To do this, I get to know who a person is and what their goals are. Together we identify the supports present and those that are needed. I provide education and resources to empower people to do as much for themselves as possible.

What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
I love being a Consultant because I get to know and help many different people. Sharing in someone's joy of success when they have accomplished a goal is very rewarding!

What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
While my education has taught me about disabilities, treatments and ways to adapt and modify daily living skills, my experience of working with people over the years has taught me to think outside of the box as everyone has unique gifts, challenges, experiences and goals.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
During my free time I enjoy spending time gardening, taking walks with my dog, biking with my family, doing crafts, working out, and volunteering for community activities.
