More about me

How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
When I partner with people in the IRIS Program, I would learn about their goals, then I would make an action plan that they feel comfortable with to achieve them. I would work with the individual to identify services or supports available. This will help to stretch the IRIS budget and keep the resources needed to get the care and support necessary to realize those important goals.

What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite thing about being an IRIS Consultant is helping people to obtain services that will help them live a full and rewarding life. The biggest joy for me is seeing them achieve something that they have wanted for a long time.

What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
My experience with interviewing people and helping them to utilize community resources as a Case Manager for the State of Wisconsin has prepared me to become an IRIS Consultant. I learned that if you ask the right questions and listen to what the person is saying you can help them obtain the resources that they need in order for them to be successful.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I love to spend time with my family. I am also an avid reader and enjoy watching movies.
