Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a Care Manager for seven and a half years and have experience helping people access services to be able to achieve their outcomes - including living where they wanted. I have extensive knowledge of services and providers available in Sawyer County. For five years, I worked as a Case Manager in a Mental Health service center and have experience working with children and adults who report mental health concerns. Prior to that, I worked in a variety of roles including mentor, adult family home manager and community-based residential facility manager. I performed a variety of tasks in each of these positions over a 15-year period.

I have approximately 25 years of experience in a variety of roles in and around long-term care. I have worked in a variety of settings with many types of people. I have had many good teachers over the years and I believe that has prepared me for becoming a competent IRIS Consultant.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time, I like to spend time with my family. I also like to play guitar and am a record collector. I have even toyed with the idea of opening my own record store.
