Your TMG IRIS consultant is your partner as you create a plan that meets your needs and stays within your IRIS budget. Your TMG IRIS consultant can connect you to resources in your area, and will be a great source of information for any questions you have about the IRIS program. In a self-directed program like IRIS, you decide who provides your support and services and when they happen. You may have natural support from people in your life, or you may choose to purchase the support you need from an agency or someone that you hire directly. Your TMG IRIS consultant will be there to talk through these decisions with you, and will help you put a plan in place that reflects your choices.

More about me

How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I believe that partnering with someone means having – and working towards – a shared outcome. To do this, I learn from you what your goals are and how the IRIS program can support you in reaching them.

What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
I believe that everyone has a right to identify and work towards their own goals, which is central to the IRIS program. I really enjoy having the opportunity to be a resource for, and a witness to, people accomplishing their goals.

What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
Throughout my adult life, I have worked with people in identifying and working towards their goals. These goals have ranged from living independently to managing mental health and addiction to finding employment. This broad experience has allowed me to utilize my creativity and connect with a multitude of community resources, both of which are a benefit as an IRIS Consultant.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family. We like to go camping, boating, and do a lot of fishing. I also enjoy reading, running, and playing with my two dogs.
