More about me

How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
As an IRIS Consultant, it is important to partner with individuals and watch and help them meet their goals. One way of achieving this is to help you identify your resources to help you remain self-sufficient and empowered. Your success depends on your willingness and resources that will clear your path to reach your goals.

What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
One of my favorite things about being an IRIS Consultant is watching the individuals I partner with thrive and create their own path in life.

What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
My past experiences of working with adults with disabilities who valued their self-sufficiency was a great help. Working to empower and keep residents self-sufficient was paramount in preparing me for this position. Learning that my way is not important or right, and what the individual feels is best for them is, has also prepared me to be an IRIS Consultant.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I enjoy being active in my church ministry. I love spending time with my children and family. I love traveling to Chicago to visit family and friends.
