Office 365 is Coming to You

In late October, IT will begin the roll-out of Office 365 to all staff. Office 365 is a new way for us to use the Office products we already have and includes some additional features.

Office 365 delivers the most up-to-date Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), meaning we will be moving from Office 2010 to Office 2013 applications. In addition, Office 365 will offer us new applications we can start using over time, such as Lync. Lync is a way for people to conduct meetings using Instant Messaging (IM), audio and/or video.

To support this transition, the IT Team is collaborating with the Learning & Development team to launch resources and training materials. You will receive additional information as we approach the launch of this exciting new technology that will bring additional tools to support our work.
