  • An American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter or a nationally certified or Wisconsin Interpreting and Transliterating Assessment (WITA)-verified sign language interpreter upon request. Other options are provided for effective communication (e.g., TTY, or other appropriate technology) for people who do not use ASL.
  • Right to file a civil rights complaint
