Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a residential case manager for adults with disabilities. I’ve been in the field for about 7 years; I started working with people with disabilities while I was going to school for social work. During that time, I also worked as a direct support professional, at an adult day center, and as an advocate at a shelter for victims of abuse.

How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
To help you reach your goals, I will first get to know you and what you are looking to get out of the IRIS program. Once we have your wants and needs identified, I will help come up with an action plan to get the support and services that can help you reach those goals.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite part of being an IRIS consultant is getting to know the people in the program. I think it is so rewarding to give people the tools they need to remain independent.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
My experience as a residential case manager has set me up for success as an IRIS consultant. I’m very familiar with services available in Dane County that support people with disabilities and am excited to introduce them to new participants.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time, I enjoy crocheting, reading, and spending time with my fiancée and our two cats!
