My goal when partnering with participants is to meet them where they are and give them hope, support and resources and empower them to get to where they want to be.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite part of being an Iris Consultant is empowering participants to Self-Direct their life by identifying goals and barriers and overcoming them.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
Working as an Income Maintenance Specialist, a case manager, Workshop facilitator and a trainer has given me a broad skill set and a deep understanding of helping others.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time, I love spending time with my family, gardening, listening to music and traveling.
