This is low-cost health coverage for adults age 19 to 64 with income at 133% of the federal poverty level or below, who do not qualify for Medicaid or Medicare.

Molina Dual Options MI Health Link (Medicare-Medicaid Plan)
This plan provides the benefits of both Medicare and Medicaid to members who qualify. It’s also known as Molina Dual Options MI Health Link in Michigan.
Molina Marketplace
If you don’t qualify for Medicaid or Medicare, a Marketplace plan with government assistance is a low-cost option for high quality care.
