It’s easy to order your new glasses! Before getting started, be sure to have your Molina Member ID and a copy of your prescription from your eye doctor with you. Follow these simple steps:
- Go to molina.zennioptical.com from a camera-enabled computer, cell phone or tablet
- Confirm your information*
- Use Zenni’s Virtual Try-On Tool
- Enter or take a picture of your prescription
- Find your favorite frames
*If you do not have an e-mail address or cell phone number on file with Molina, you will need to create a Molina Member Portal account.
To create your account:
- Go to: member.molinahealthcare.com
- Click: create an account
- Enter your State, Member ID, and Date of Birth Add your e-mail address and cell phone information
If you need to change your existing e-mail address and/or cell phone number, login to your Molina Member Portal to make updates. Please allow up to 3 calendar days for your information to process before placing your order.

Boys & Girls Club Membership:
With Molina Healthcare, all Apple Health (Medicaid) members (ages 6-18) get a free annual membership to Boys & Girls Clubs in Washington state! Your child can have access to:
- Club access during open hours; after school, open as late as 7:30 p.m.
- Summer Club Access
- After-school programs focused on healthy lifestyles, fitness, and homework support
- Most clubs provide a free snack or meal
- Some clubs may provide free transportation from your child's school to the Club
- And so much more!
