Important Updates to Provider Agreements and Updated QRG
Dear Valued Provider,
As part of the ongoing developments following the acquisition of My Choice Wisconsin Health Plan, Inc. by Molina Healthcare, Inc., we are pleased to share updates to our provider agreements effective September 1, 2023, along with an updated Quick Reference Guide (QRG).
Assignment of Agreement to Molina Healthcare of Wisconsin
The provider agreement that currently governs our relationship has been officially assigned to Molina Healthcare of Wisconsin. This is a pivotal step toward integrating our operations to better serve you.
Updates on Medicaid SSI and BadgerCare Plus (BC+) Coverage:
Effective July 1, 2024, for providers who hold an executed and active agreement with Molina Healthcare of Wisconsin Inc., this agreement will specifically govern the terms for Medicaid SSI and BadgerCare Plus (BC+). Any provisions related to these products in your previous My Choice agreements will be superseded by your Molina agreement from the specified date forward.
Continuation of Legacy My Choice Agreement for Other Products (Medicare Dual Advantage, Family Care, and Family Care Partnership):
For healthcare products not included as Medicaid SSI or BC+ (i.e. Medicare Dual Advantage, Family Care, or Family Care Partnership), the existing terms of your legacy My Choice Agreement will continue to apply until further notice. This ensures there is no disruption in the services and terms for these products.
