Periscope clinical assessments
NOTE: The following information is for Personal Care Workers (PCW) and Durable Medical Equipment (DME) providers only.
Background:
As part of Molina Healthcare of Wisconsin, Inc.’s dedication to rendering timely and accurate decisions, we partner with Periscope, a nationwide organization of licensed physical and occupational therapists who perform clinical in-home assessments for members on our behalf. These therapists collect data to help the Molina care team visualize challenges and/or barriers to care. This assessment is used to support the Molina determination process.
Currently, Periscope is used to support select durable medical equipment and certain personal care service determinations for select Molina members.
