Before coming to TMG, I worked for GT Independence as a PHW for 7 years. I have worked with individuals who have had many different health challenges as well as elderly and people with disabilities, I enjoy helping people who rely on others to help them meet there day to day goals.

How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'? Partnering to me means joining with a participant to help them feel valued and comfortable. To help them reach their goals I would first identify what the goals are and next help them to come up with a plan to successfully complete them.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant? My favorite part about being a TMG Iris Consultant is being able to help people remain independent but also knowing that they have all the support they need.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant? My past experience's has allowed me to see things from the outside in to get a better understanding of how individuals expect to be treated. Also how to help them do the best version of themselves.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time? In my free time I enjoy working out, and spending time with my husband and our children.
