Prior to coming to TMG, I have been working with individuals from all walks of life across Southwest Wisconsin for over twenty years. It's been my most recent privilege to come to TMG from a position as Program Manager overseeing Community Supported Living services across Southwest Wisconsin. I am excited to assist people with knowing about and having access to available resources in our community.

How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
To me, partnering together means being here to learn about you and your goals, what you want to have as your realistic life experiences. Then together we create an action plan you feel comfortable with that will help you achieve those goals. We will go over what resources, services and supports are available to promote your success, as well as looking ahead to plan for your future, as you are comfortable. I am here to partner with you to help secure the care and support necessary to reach your goals. We will look at your goals regularly to ensure you are on track with meeting them and work together to ensure you have what you need to succeed.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite part about being a TMG consultant is meeting you where you are and being a source to help with your success. That I am here to support your right to choose the direction you want for your services and your life.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
Being a Program Manager for a Community Supported Living program has equipped me with tools and knowledge of services and available resources I would not have known about otherwise. It is my privilege to assist others with the knowledge I have acquired over the 20+ years of services I have provided in the field, not just as a manager but as a caregiver as well.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my kids and grandkids, walking my little dogs, creating art and immersing myself in nature. I also very much enjoy a good conversation any time.
