How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
Partnering to me means learning about you and your goals, building trust and understanding with my participants and then making an action plan you feel comfortable with to achieve these goals . i first identify the services or supports that are available to you and give you a clear understanding on what we have to do to achieve them. I then partner with you to help secure the care and support necessary to reach those goals and continue to check on you to make sure the plan we implemented is successful.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite part about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is helping people achieve their lifestyle goals and be more independent in there day to day life.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
The roles i have worked in my pass has given me vast experience partnering with people, identifying goals, and creating plans that help individuals live life on their terms. but also outside of a professional level i have personal connection with individuals who has disabilities that i care for which gives me the passion and drive to help others.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time i enjoy cooking and baking also spending time with my children and traveling around the world.
