How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
Partnership means each member of the team participates fully in their role. In order to partner with you, I would first like to know what your wants and needs are. From there, we can work together to determine the steps taken to reach the goals you decide to strive for.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite part of being an IRIS Consultant is helping participants determine the steps they can take to achieve their goals and watching those goals become a reality.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
As a public-school teacher, I connected students and families to resources outside of the school walls. My experiences in education developed a strong compassionate spirit in me which I feel will help me connect with people and help them live better than ever, on their own terms.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I am an avid reader. Historical fiction is my personal favorite! I also enjoy listening to audiobooks, podcasts, and music. I really like to watch sports, especially basketball. I spend lots of time with my family which includes our dogs.
