Prior starting employment at TMG, I worked as a FSET (Foodshare, Employment and Training) Case Manager/Counselor for about 2 years. I have work with individuals who are were seeking employment whether it was re-entry in the employment field or if they were just trying to find a better employment opportunity by gaining training in a new career field. Before that I worked in the Early Education and HeadStart programs as a Director of Education for 13 years. I supported children and their families with various educational and community resources.

How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
Partnering with me we will learn and understand what your goals are as well as provide resources and assistance with you reaching those goals. I will make sure that you feel cared for, understood and supported throughout this process. We will create a plan of action and identify what steps that we need to take to make sure that those goals are achieved within your desired timeframe.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite part about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is helping people become or maintain their independence while reaching new goals.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
I have worked in the Community of Milwaukee for over 15 years, and I have worked with people of all, ages and come from all walks of life. I am able to encourage, support, understand and adapt to any situation. My main focus is making sure that you reach your goals.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, and I love creating memories because one day that is all we will have.
