Before coming to TMG, I worked for a federal agency for almost four years, where I processed benefits and determined people’s eligibility for programs. I also have coordinated mental health services for youth who are dealing with mental health issues and have provided employment services to adults. These experiences have strengthened my skills as a partner to people from all walks of life.

How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
To me, partnering means coming together to understand what kind of goals you want and creating an individualized plan to reach so that you can them. First, we will identify any barriers that may be hindering you from obtaining your goals and refer you to resources that are available. After that we can get a better idea of how you can use your IRIS budget to best fit your needs.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
I have always had a passion for helping people. Being a TMG IRIS consultant allows me to continue to support others in achieving their dreams and goals.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
I have experience working with diverse populations and have an understanding of different state and federal benefits. I am familiar with local resources and have experience in case management. I have a bachelor's degree in psychology, which has all prepared me to become a TMG IRIS Consultant.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I enjoy spending time with my family. We love watching movies together and trying new foods. I love listening to music and learning new songs on my guitar.
