I will try to be efficient and give them the options that fits more their needs, so they can have control of their process.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
So far, my favorite thing is working with the population we serve. There's something rewarding about seeing people reach their goals. I also enjoy my team. My co-workers have been wonderful!
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
I would say my experience with Rogers Behavioral Health and experience with the CLTS waiver program, prepared me for this role.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I watch cooking shows, spend time with my family, bake and workout.
