I have 15 years of experience working in the health care field. I worked as a certified nursing assistant (CNA) in a nursing home for seven years. I have also worked as a discharge planner for a hospital and as a social worker at a nursing home. Most recently, I worked as a case manager for the Family Care program. My extensive experience with the at-risk population has prepared me for my position as a TMG IRIS Consultant.

What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
I am a big believer in promoting independence. Helping people reach their goals by self-directing their approach and choosing the way they want to carry that out brings me joy. I really enjoy watching people fulfill their goals and lead their best lives!
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
My experience working in the health care field has prepared me to be a successful TMG IRIS Consultant. I have learned the art of active listening and patience and used it to build strong relationships with those I assist.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter, going on walks, and attending Wisconsin Badger hockey games.
