More about me

How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
No two people have the same definition of success, and I love helping them navigate their unique journey on their own terms. I look for creative, efficient and innovative ways to clear the path ahead for each person I partner with.

What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
Becoming a TMG IRIS Consultant was a big move for me. This meant leaving behind a career that was very enjoyable to me, where I helped individuals obtain and keep employment. I love being able to continue using my community resources to open more doors for those that I partner with to make their journey enjoyable. The self-directed aspect of the IRIS program is why I made the jump, and I use that mentality to assist those I work with.

What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
My past experiences handling large caseloads and specializing in community engagement makes me uniquely positioned to be a TMG IRIS Consultant. My strength is communication and interpretation. I thrive in taking complex concepts and elaborate processes, and then simplifying them and streamlining tasks to make things easier for the people I partner with. My past experience working with a service provider also helps me know what resources are available in the community that I serve, which allows me to better share opportunities with you.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
Most of my free time is spent being dad to three wonderful children. When my time is truly my own, I enjoy watching sports, specifically baseball, and reading books about history. I enjoy all things nerdy, including Marvel, Star Wars, and space travel. To clear my head, you can find me on a motorcycle or my snowmobile enjoying the outdoors, or perhaps using my smoker to make delicious BBQ for my family.
