More about me
How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I strive to ensure a true feeling of partnership by getting to know you and your goals, letting you get to know me, and then working as a team to map out and achieve those goals. Fostering a true sense of being on the same team makes clearing the path ahead a significantly less daunting task.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
I am a people person. I enjoy meeting new people, getting to know them, and learning more about them. Being a TMG IRIS Consultant allows me to do this while also playing an active role in assisting those people with achieving their best life.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
I have experience working in many different realms of social work with a variety of different demographics. However, my experience working in the CLTS Waiver Program prepared me the most to become a TMG IRIS Consultant. In my ten years of experience as a social worker, I have developed an ability to identify and verbalize needs that are sometimes difficult for people to put into words, as well as the skills and understanding of programs/resources necessary to address those needs.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I enjoy traveling, seeing live music, and attending sporting events. I play hockey and golf when I can and enjoy trying new sports/activities whenever possible. I also enjoy exploring new places and cultures through food, be it at home or on the road. Additionally, taking my wife, children, and dog on long road trips is one of my favorite things to do.
