How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I am the kind of person who supports any and all ideas someone has. I am also the kind of person who will help someone outline what they need to do and help them figure out how to achieve it.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
I like that I get to continue to work with individuals and support them in being their own person.

I have experience working with individuals face to face to help them overcome their own struggles.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I spend most of my free time with my husband and our son. We try to provide him with experiences that help him grow and develop.
