Specialties (e.g., working with autism, the elderly, employment for people with disabilities or
youth in transition, mental health, experience with assisted technology)
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as an Elder Benefits Specialist and Disability Benefit Specialist. I have extensive knowledge and experience in issues regarding Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid. The last two years of my career have been spent as a Work Incentives Benefits Specialist, which has given me a passion for dispelling myths about working, as well as giving people the information they need to make their own decisions about employment.

More about me
How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I believe in making informed decisions based on facts, not decisions based on preconceived notions. I see this most when people who are interested in working choose not to work because they fear they’ll lose all of their benefits. This certainly isn’t always the case, but it is vital to have accurate information that applies to your particular circumstance. I can help make sure you have all the facts before you make your decision.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
I am passionate about helping people reach their fullest potential. I love that the program is self-directed, and if I can contribute even in a small way, I find it very rewarding to be a part of that success.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
I have 13 years of experience working with people who have disabilities and those who are aging. I am a good listener, observant and patient. I look forward to partnering with you and helping you achieve your goals.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time, I enjoy playing volleyball, working with paper mache, and sewing projects.
