More about me
How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
The most important step is getting to know the individual and what they want in their life. Understanding the needs and wants of the individual is my top priority.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
I enjoy partnering with people and helping them find the tools and resources they need to live an independent life.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
I worked at the Mentor Network for 22 years and then at ResCare for three years as their Wisconsin Business Manager/HR Specialist. I have experience in finances, writing individual service plans (ISPs), behavioral support plans (BSPs), and home modifications.

I love being in the woods, and enjoy camping, kayaking, hiking - really anything outdoors!
