How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I partner with people to "clear the path ahead" by listening to them. I learn about their goals and plans, and work with them to accomplish those. I am outgoing and persistent and truly enjoy thinking outside the box.†Working closely and having great communication builds great partnership to achieve many different goals.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
I truly enjoy the people that I partner with. Working together to achieve goals is by far my favorite aspect of being a TMG IRIS Consultant.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
My past experience working for the Department of Human Services and being a Patient Advocate has really prepared me to be a TMG IRIS Consultant.
