I have been an IRIS Consultant for about three years with another IRIS Consultant Agency before coming to work for TMG. Prior to that, I have six years of experiences as a case manager with children and adults with disabilities. I enjoy learning about different cultures with the people that I work for. I am excited to working alongside with you to be able to use my experiences and knowledge to provide the support you need.

How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
When I partner with people, I look to build trust, honesty and accountability in the relationship in order to have a clear path ahead.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is the connections with the people I partner with. I believe that in order to better serve each other, a great professional relationship needs to be attained.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
I have been an IRIS Consultant at a different ICA before I joined TMG, and this has provided me with a clear knowledge and understanding of the IRIS program. I have great connections and knowledge to the resources around the community that will be able to support the people I partner with. I look forward to sharing my experiences and knowledge.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
During my free time, I like spending time with my family. I love the outdoors and try to spend time outside as much as possible. I also like to do crafts because I am able to focus and create new projects on my own time.
