How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I enjoy the process of really getting to know the people I am working with. I find that by learning about not only their current situation, but their past, their family, and their hopes and dreams we can truly partner to start on the path of meeting those dreams.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
I really enjoy meeting and working with all different kinds of people with different backgrounds. I learn from the people I partner with every day.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
My past experience of working with a variety of individuals, in a variety of settings, has led me to be prepared to help people truly be in the setting of their choice, with the services of their own choosing.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I spend a lot of time with my family and friends. I am active and enjoy many different kinds of sports. I also am in the local community choral, and very much enjoy our performances for the local community.
