How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I plan to partner with you by working side-by-side with you to help you accomplish your goals and dreams. I want to help clear the path ahead by working together to break down barriers and assisting to set up needed services to reach your goals.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
I chose a career in social worker because I wanted to help people. Being a TMG IRIS Consultant allows me to be a partner with you and assist you in reaching your goals and dreams. I cannot think of a more fulfilling career than being a part of someone accomplishing their goals through their own self-direction.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
I have five years of experience working at Community Health Partnership (MCO). While that position was not exactly self-direction focused, it did give me experience in advocating for people and coordinating services. About three years ago my father was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and is now living in an assisted living facility. This experience has only strengthened my resolve to see everyone direct their own life and live their lives to their fullest.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
My family is the most important thing to me. Together we love to fish, hunt, walk through the woods, and camp in Northern Wisconsin. Personally, I love to read romance novels when I have the time. I also love to learn; training and seminars are always a favorite for me.
