Prior to joining TMG, I provided long term case management to people enrolled in the Wisconsin Family Care program for over six years. I have a wide range of experience helping a wide variety of people identify and implement strategies to help them reach their personal goals and maximize their independence. My primary focus when partnering with people was helping them maintain their health and safety, and to help them become a part of their community.

More about me
How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I will work together with the people I partner with to identify the things that are important to them and the outcomes they want to achieve. We will look at potential barriers and risks, and then explore support options that will assist them in reaching goals and maximizing independence. I will also help to ensure that services and supports are provided in an acceptable manner.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
I am most looking forward to helping the people I partner with reach their unique potential and find fulfillment in self-directing their supports and services.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
I worked for the past several years providing long term case management services for Wisconsin's Family Care program. I have extensive knowledge of the services and supports available within long-term care programs, as well as experience working with people with disabilities and those who are aging. I have experience assessing peoples’ health and safety needs, as well as helping individuals identify long term outcomes and available support options. As your partner, together we’ll develop a care plan to assist you in meeting your goals.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I have three dogs that keep me busy! We are always trying to hike or swim when the weather is nice. Living near Lake Wissota means lots of time on the water – kayaking and canoeing are my go-to summer activities. I also have a large collection of house plants and love spending time in my vegetable garden.
